The development will consist of a variety of 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments with views south towards the sea.

This project saw a disused office block, located just a 20-second walk from Sittingbourne mainline station, purchased at auction. Planning permission was submitted for six one-bedroom flats, which was granted. The project was successfully completed and the flats are now rented out

Church conversion to 9 flats – 4×1 bed and 5x 2 bed flats, previously a disused church in Dover that was sold in auction, planning application submitted for 9 flats, which was approved.  2 floors created which contained 4 flats on ground floor, 3 flats on first floor and 2 luxury apartments on top floor.
